The First Tee of Western New York is a youth service organization that is dedicated to serving the area?s youth with excellence as we promote life-enhancing values such as integrity, judgment, perseverance, confidence, respect, honesty, responsibility, courtesy and sportsmanship through the fun and challenging game of golf. These Nine-Core Values are the base that we build into all of our programs and activities.

Ages 18 and above.
Volunteer Skills Needed
The First Tee of Western New York needs volunteers to assist Lead Coaches in the delivery of our Life Skills Program. The First Tee of Western New York also needs volunteers to help with administrative task such as filling and mailings.
Volunteer Responsibilities
Volunteer coaches will assist lead coaches with activities such as taking attendance, class set up, as well as in a supervisory role. Volunteers will be trained by the First Tee of Western New York on the Life Skills Curriculum and programs. Volunteers that wish to work with us in an administrative roll will assist in filling, database entry, mailings, and organizational tasks.
