Event Description
The 25th Annual Wildlife and Renaissance Festival is a fun-filled weekend in which the visitor can experience musical performances, period entertainment, a barn owl release, a flying bird show, and a silent auction and much more. All proceeds from the Festival support Hawk Creek Wildlife Center, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit philanthropic organization dedicated to wildlife conservation, rehabilitation, and education in Western New York.
Type of Volunteer Needed
Minimum age is 16. Dress requirements: Appropriate for weather and family environment; the event takes place outdoors. No flashy colors, logos, or text on clothing.
Volunteer Skills Needed
Must be able to bend, lift, and tolerate working outdoors in the summer heat.
Volunteer Responsibilities
Setup, takedown, and cleaning before and after the public hours, ushering guests, other miscellaneous support tasks. Responsibilities will be assigned according to volunteer’s comfort level and ability.
